Stephanie O’Donnell, Director, MS, RDN, CLT, LDN
Stephanie started out working in a hospital and discovered she’s a natural caretaker who loves helping people improve their health. She knows from both her education and personal experience that proper nutrition has a huge positive impact on health and wellness and saw this as a way to improve the quality of people’s lives. Stephanie became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in 2009 and went on to complete her Master’s in Nutrition at the University of Rhode Island. Her research on goal setting and fruit and vegetable consumption was published in The Journal of Nutrition Education and Behavior. Stephanie is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is on the Board of Directors for the Rhode Island Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is a Certified LEAP Therapist who provides a personalized elimination diet to those suffering from food sensitivities and is also training to become an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner.
Katie Weller, MS, RDN, LDN
Katie earned her Master’s Degree in Nutrition from the University of Rhode Island in 2013. Her research on green eating behaviors in college students was published in The Journal of Nutrition Education and Behavior. Katie has provided nutritional counseling for children of all ages through several local facilities. She has received training in pediatric feeding and childhood and adolescent weight management. She’s also an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
