I keep myself on track with my physical activity with goals throughout the year. I just signed up for my first 5K of the season (St. Patrick’s Day) and the Providence Half Marathon, which will be in May. By signing up for races early it ensures that I keep running throughout the year because I know how much harder it is to stop for a few months then start up again than to just keep running.
